Since, Start of production in 1991, Akar Auto Industries Ltd manufacturer's hi- quality precision engineered forging components, Hand Tools and Leaf Springs to major Auto & Non-Auto OEM's.

SOP of Akar Tools Unit 1 for Exports (Hand tools division)

Became a Public Limited Company; listed on Bombay Stock Exchange

Launched Akar brand In India

Established Unit 2 (Automotive and Non Automotive forging) in C-5 & 6, M I D C Area,Waluj, Aurangabad
2009
Established Leaf Spring manufacturing division in Gut No 24/25, Paithan Road, Chitegaon, Aurangabad
2010
Established Leaf Spring fatigue testing and endurance testing at the Leaf Spring unit in Chitegaon, Aurangabad
